Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service.
❖ You must stay in contact for updates on the commission.
❖ You must be 18+ to commission me.
Artist Rights
❖ I have the right to turn down any commission.
❖ I may post any art I’ve completed as part of a portfolio unless prior arrangements have been made.
❖ I may stream work on any commissioned piece unless specifically requested otherwise.
❖ I may stop working on a piece if the commission has not been fully paid for.
❖ I may request all contact information or proof of consent from all parties involved in a commission before proceeding.
Commissioner Rights
❖ You may request updates on the commission at any time; however, I normally provide updates after each stage is complete (Ex: Sketch, Linework/Color, Shading).
❖ You may ask for changes to the artwork if you are unsatisfied with how it looks depending on the stage that I am working on. (Please see "Edits and Revisions" below)❖ You may display or use the piece as you like with credit to the artist. (Preferably with a link to my FA) With the exception of posting the finished work to e621.
❖ You may not claim the artwork as your own work.
❖ You may not use my art for commercial use or sell them for profit.
❖ You may not make any edits to the piece after it has been completed.
Edits and Revisions
❖ Sketch Stage: Major changes (e.g., pose adjustments, repositioning limbs, expression changes) may be requested at this stage.❖ Linework and Color: Only minor changes will be accepted (e.g., adding small details like jewelry, fluff, or correcting something that was overlooked in the sketch).❖ Shading: You may request a change, but I cannot always guarantee it will be made.Additional notes:
All edits must be within reason. I am generally willing to correct any mistakes that are my fault.
If neither of us notices an issue until after shading has started, larger changes may not be accepted.
Excessive edit requests may result in limits being placed, and I reserve the right to move forward with the piece once reasonable revisions have been made.
Payments and Refunds
❖ All payments will be made in USD.
❖ I will only accept payments made with PayPal.
❖ Payments must be made in full upfront, unless discussed otherwise.
❖ Price quote may be changed depending on the intricacy of the character or piece discussed prior to starting work.
❖ The commissioner may get a partial refund if I am unable to complete the work by the agreed upon date.
❖ The commissioner may not get a refund after the piece has been finished or if work on it has already begun.

Reference Sheet
Flat Color OnlyStarting at $105Base ref sheet will include a full body, head shot, small maw view, and the palette/written information. Sketch Page
Experimental offer starting at ~$150 ($225 for two characters)Sketch pages are clean sketches with some highlights and quick shading. Base Sketch Page can be up to 3 FB or a mix of 5 shots, FB and Partial Body Shots.
Any additional shots after:~$35 Per Headshot/Partial Body shot~$50 Per FullBody shotAdded characters on each shot will be +75% of those prices per shot.
"Comic" Style
This style of commission will be anything that includes more than the panel limit. I will not be offering alternate versions on these.If you have an idea, feel free to directly contact me and we can discuss it.Example

Smaller panels showing close-ups, partial body parts, etc. Price may increase with more complex panels. (Two characters kissing for example)
Large Panels / Additional Scenes:
Price varies depending on complexity, number of characters, and how much of each character is shown. Typically costs 40% – 80% of base commission price (including any additional characters).
